About
Daniel Waldron is an oboist and chamber musician based in Edmonton, Alberta where he has been featured as a guest artist by groups including the Edmonton Symphony, Pro Coro Canada, and the Alberta Baroque Ensemble. He is one of the founders of the YEG Wind Quintet, dedicated to advancing the art of wind chamber music in Canada. Daniel studied oboe with James Mason, Richard Dorsey and Brett Dill and has a Bachelor of Music degree from Wilfred Laurier University and an Artist Diploma from the Glenn Gould School of the Royal Conservatory of Music.
