English horn extension assembly instructions

Start by assembling the two parts of the thumb trigger. The upper part should have the textured side up, the lower part should have the textured side down. Screw these together with the included screw. You'll only have to do this once, but you can use the screw to adjust the position of the thumb trigger later.

Put extension body on the bell of your English horn. If you want to have the logo in front after assembly, align the "made in france" stamp with the key on the extension. 

Connect the extension plus bell assembly to the lower joint of your instrument.

Fit the trigger arm under the key on the extension body. You'll need to press the key so the top end lifts up. This is most easily done with your instrument face down.

Place the upper clip just below the F resonance vent. The "U" should face up.

Place the lower clip next to the C# vent and check that the trigger lever can move freely without striking the clips. The "L" should face up.
